About our new partner
To provide customers with the best possible coverage, Priority PTT has developed relationships and roaming agreements with multiple major and regional carriers as well as independent tower owners. This ensures that its radios automatically search for and connect to the strongest signal available.
Combining this network reach with Mobile Tornado’s platform ensures customers have instant and flexible communications with nationwide coverage. The service is available on a range of rugged devices, vehicle mounted devices and smartphones, enabling tailored solutions for different industries and environments.
What the President said
Corey Caylor, President of Priority PTT, said “Priority PTT is dedicated to delivering unmatched communication solutions to our customers. We are committed to ensuring seamless communication for our customers, no matter where their work takes them.
After months of extensive testing, Mobile Tornado emerged as the clear choice for their world-class PTToC solutions. Partnering with Mobile Tornado ensures we offer industry-leading technology that keeps our clients connected, efficient, and ready for any challenge.”
What Mobile Tornado said
Luke Wilkinson, managing director at Mobile Tornado, said “We are excited to join forces with Priority PTT. By combining their expertise in managed communication with Mobile Tornado’s advanced technology we’ll continue to redefine communication for businesses across the U.S., driving productivity and cost-efficiency in the region. We look forward to bringing our technology to Priority PTT’s customers and helping them to streamline operations and reduce costs.”
Why this partnership matters
Mobile Tornado’s platform delivers carrier-grade system availability of 99.999%, and already supports more than 150,000 users across 30+ countries. Extending that proven push-to-talk over cellular technology to Priority PTT’s customers gives organisations across the US access to a platform that is already trusted at scale internationally.
In practice, this means Priority PTT’s customers gain access to features such as instant one-to-many voice communication, real-time GPS location tracking, emergency SOS alerts, and a dispatch console that lets control room teams manage and monitor field staff from a single screen.
Carrier-grade system availability and seamless switching between mobile and broadband networks mean customers can rely on consistent coverage, whether their teams are working in busy cities or more remote parts of North America.
For dealers and end user organisations alike, the partnership means a single, proven platform backed by local support in the US, rather than piecing together separate hardware, software and network agreements from multiple suppliers.
The partnership reflects the growing demand for flexible, cellular-based communication across key industries such as education, construction, public safety and logistics, as organisations look for alternatives to traditional two-way radio systems.
Since this agreement was signed, Priority PTT has gone on to become part of the Mobile Tornado family, operating as Mobile Tornado USA and delivering an end-to-end PTToC solution, hosted in a US data centre, to dealers and end user organisations across the country.
