Requirements:

• Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation – must

Responsibilities:

• Perform system maintenance and upgrades remotely and on customer site
• Write technical documents – ATPs, Installation and configuration manuals, maintenance and upgrade manuals, preventive maintenance procedures
• Test new releases in both MT labs and customer premises
• Open tickets and follow-up for solutions with 3rd line of support and with 3rd party suppliers of components of the PTT platform
